About Claudia
I'm so grateful you've taken the time to find out more about my business! I went full-time with my graphic design business (formerly Simple & Soulful) in March 2021 and it has been a beautiful adventure.

I've been able to work with so many amazing clients on lots of different projects, but my favourite thing to do is business branding. There is so much that goes into creating a brand that not only looks amazing but also elevates your business and makes it come to life.

When I'm not creating, you'll find me doing puzzles, spending quality time with friends or re-watching my favourite TV shows.

How long is the whole process?Brand Packages: 6-8 weeks Website Design: 6-12 weeks Packaging & Print: 2-3 weeks These timelines are a guide and are dependant on the scope of the project and the information provided. I'm happy to discuss faster timelines if I have the availability.

What if I don't like what has been designed?No problem! I always expect that clients will want changes. Making sure I ask the right questions before starting the project will get us on the same page and hopefully avoid me delivering something you don't like. I also include 2 rounds of revisions for most services and more revisions can be arranged for an extra fee if required.

What if I need something quicker than the usual lead time?Send me an email and I'll see what I can do! I'm happy to fast track your service if I have the availability

What types of files will I recieve?Each service will require different file types, but here are some common file types I provide are png, jpeg, PDF, Ai & EPS.

Do I have to pay upfront?Before commencing any project, a 50% deposit is required. Once the project is complete and you are happy with the work, I send the final invoice for the remaining 50% I am happy to discuss different payment terms for larger or long-term projects.
